Nicholas Faulkner is a Chartered Surveyor with 30 years of experience in building and leading real estate companies across the UK. Specializing in the management of mixed-use, multi-storey, and mixed-tenure developments, he has worked with numerous PLC clients and has lectured on best practices in the sector for both the RICS and the University of Portsmouth’s CPD circuit.
